the Georgia state chapter of the International Cake Exploration Societe (ICES), a non-profit, international membership organization dedicated to cake decorating and the confectionery and sugar arts. It is our chapter mission to promote ICES and our goal to promote cake decorating and the sugar arts on a local level throughout the state of Georgia; more importantly, we have a great time while we're at it.
Our membership is composed of hobbyists as well as professional cake designers and pastry chefs. Some members are self-taught while others have completed advanced study or culinary school. You may even see one of a few familiar faces as some of our ICES members are internationally known television and/or print media celebrities.
GA ICES/ICES has something for everyone whether you are just dabbling in the sugar arts or you want to make a career in them. Come on in and find out how you can meet other decorators who share your interests and passion.
