1. Acceptable file types: gif, jpg, jpeg 2. File size can be no larger than 10MB; it is better to submit a larger size file than a smaller one. Photos should not be submitted in a too small of a file size so that it cannot be enlarged without distortion of image. 3. Ideal photos will have been taken using a fine or high quality image setting or a medium setting at the least. 4. Photos must be edited before sending (i.e., cropped, adjusted for light/dark balance, etc.). Do not send photos which have visible time/date stamping-this should be removed before submitting. Photo should display all edges clearly and not cut off any portion of the image. 5. No photos of copyrighted, registered, trademarked, or licensed characters or images will be posted (e.g., professional or college team logos, corporate logos, Disney characters or similar) 6. Decorators name and or business name will appear below the picture. If you want a watermark to appear on your picture, please watermark picture before you submit it for publication. 7. Photos of GA ICES members only will be posted on this page. 8. Photos will be posted at discretion of web master--photos that do not show well will not be used (e.g., photos with unsightly or distracting backgrounds, too dark, too small). 9. By submitting your photos, you understand that once posted on the site, GA ICES has no control over how photos may be used or misused.
